This unnamed poem was written by me on April 17, 1982, on an IBM Selectric typewriter. During this time, I was doing campus ministry at The McKenzie Study Center in Eugene, Oregon. It is unpublished and never submitted for publication. So, it appears here for the first time. It was mostly lost for decades until our recent move to Michigan when it appeared when I was combing through endless mounds of papers, articles, and files. I used to write more poetry when I was younger, for what it’s worth. Perhaps you will find some inspiration to love in this poem. I have made no corrections or tried to rewrite any of it.

The power of an unnamed poem lies in its openness to interpretation. Such a beautiful piece in “An Unnamed Poem”—sometimes the absence of a title gives the words even more power, letting readers connect in their own way. Just like how creativity thrives in subtle details, companies offering animation video production in Singapore also know how to convey stories that resonate deeply without always needing flashy labels.
